New Bungalows for Raja4Divers | Planting the big poles

Running a resort in a tropical climate with humid, salty air means that it needs regular maintenance, renovation, and sometimes you even need to replace certain buildings.
Our bungalows are all built in the traditional Papuan style. This requires a lot of manpower and good teamwork, as there are no large machines available here. The work on the large supporting pillars, which are driven into the seabed by hand, is particularly impressive.
This short video, that we shot recently, gives you an idea of the challenges we are faced with.
